“Gratitude is the best medicine”
Are you grateful for what you have? Do you make a daily list of things to be grateful for?
In this short blog post, I want to talk about the importance of being consciously grateful for SOMETHING in your life!
I feel very grateful to be able to express myself to you and I truly hope that my words will help YOU to lead a better, more fulfilling life!
Have you ever analyzed your daily thoughts….What do you think about throughout your day?
Do you dwell on the same problems you may have had yesterday, last week, last month or even last year?
Think about that for a moment! Truly think! Don’t procrastinate and think about it NOW! NOW is the time to change! NOW! NOW! NOW!
If you Analyze your thoughts; you’ll see that you are having mostly repeat thoughts!
Now, I want to explain how gratitude can affect the thoughts you have and ultimately your life. If you wake up in the morning and take 3 minutes to sit down and write out 5 things that you are truly grateful for (WITH FEELING); your whole day will improve and will be AWESOME! FUN! EXCITING! PRECIOUS!
Say the following:
I am grateful for my home,
I am grateful for my family,
I am grateful for the shining sun,
I am grateful for my heart,
I am grateful for my eyes,
I am grateful for my inner peace,
I am grateful for the oxygen we have,
I am grateful for the water we drink,
I am grateful for my breakfast
and or anything else that you individually can or should be grateful for!
Can you do this very short yet powerful exercise daily?
Please do it! Listen to me!
It’ll have a positive effect on your mindset and your life!
